ExpressOMat Card System

Simply walk up to the VAC (Value Add Center) located at the front of the store. The card itself has a $5 cost associated with it. Load your desired amount onto the card, including the cost of the card and pay using either debit, credit or small cash bills ($5, $10, $20). 

Simply Walk up to the VAC (Value Add Center) located at the front of the store, and insert your card into the vertical blue slot. The VAC will then tell you the remaining balance on your card. You can also check it at any unused/available machines by placing your card on the card reader. 

Simply Walk up to the VAC (Value Add Center) located at the front of the store, and insert your card into the vertical blue slot. Once it tells you your remaining balance, you can then push the "Value" button on the VAC to add your desired amount of funds. It will cycle by $10, from $10 to $60. Once it shows the desired amount you want to load, press "Enter". You can then pay using Debit, Credit, or Cash

First thing you'll want to do is register your card with us! Once it's registered let us know (through our email) your name and that your card was lost/damaged/stolen. Once you have your new card registered, we can transfer the balance from the old card to the new one for you!

Absolutely. Since our card system is a Value Add system, you can follow the same instructions as the "How Do I Get A Card". 

If you purchase a $50 card, $50 or more, it will automatically go on the card. Any smaller amount will have the $5 cost of the card taken off the total balance. 

There are two ways that you can register your card!

 The first way to register is by sending us an e-mail at service@expressomat.ca - The e-mail must include your 

• Full Name
• 10 Digit Laundromat Card Number
• E-mail Address
• Phone Number

Once we receive this e-mail, we can register the card on our system on your behalf.

The second way to register your card is by downloading the Laundry Cat Application on your phone. You can then register with your e-mail address, and set up your profile following the instructions through the app.
