When is the "Last Load"?

We would appreciate that the last load in the washers is one hour before the store closes, so if it closes at 9:00 PM, the last load should roughly be around 8:00 PM. This will give you plenty of time to wash, dry and fold your clothes before the doors lock.

How long do the machine's take?

The larger washers have an approximate 23 minute cleaning cycle, while the dryer’s are set for 15 minute cycle’s.

How do I know when to add my bleach?

The washer will notify you via a visual prompt when it is time to add your bleach.

How do I add more time to my running dryer?

If you think your clothes are not going to be dried during the first 15 minute cycle, you can simply place your Laundry Card back on the machine’s pedestal and it will automatically add another 15 minutes to your running dryer.

I have to step out, what should I do?

The best thing is to leave a laundry basket on top of the washer so that if someone else needs to use it they can remove your clothes and then use the washer. Bear in mind that we are not responsible for Lost, Stolen or Damaged items.

What Size Are Your Machine's, and how many of each are there?

We have three top loads, three 30lb’s and three 40lb machine’s, along with 10 30lb gas dryers.

How much clothing can each machine hold?

The smaller top loads are meant for small loads, typically weighing approximately 6-7lbs. The middle machines are meant for 30lbs, while our largest machines can hold and wash 40lbs. Typically, the top load will do one load, the 30’s will do 3 and the 40’s will wash 4. The dryers are all designed to hold 3 loads.

Overstuffing these machine’s will cause your clothes to not be cleaned properly, and damage our machines.

Can I wash my King Size Comforter?

You absolutely can! Use one of our three, 40lb machines located at the back of the store to quickly wash your comforter.

What is the most cost-effective way of washing my clothes?

Try starting out with some of our bigger machines! They are not only quick, efficient, provide the best clean and the more environmentally sound choice, but cost less per load of laundry.

How can I preserve the colour and brightness of my laundry?

The best thing you can do to maintain vivid colour’s and brightness is to wash your laundry using only cold water and lower temperature’s.

How do I brighten up articles of clothing that have dulled?

If you are trying to brighten brightly coloured clothing, Clorox Stain Remover and Colour Booster can help, while Clorox bleach will revive white clothes that are 100% cotton
